Business Continuity Program
The CoBiz Financial business continuity plan (BCP) exists to ensure that our services are
available to customers in the event of business disruptions. Our BCP has been written to
achieve the following critical business resumption objectives as required by regulatory
requirements and industry best practices:
- Establish clear justification for recovery planning by assessing the impact of service disruption for each business process;
- Prioritize recovery operations to restore the most critical services first;
- Minimize the duration of service disruption;
- Establish clear guidelines to accelerate the recovery process in a coordinated manner.
The business continuity plan is tested and audited annually to identify and remediate gaps,
ensuring the plan is reliable and current with our needs. We also annually test the disaster
capabilities of our business-critical IT systems to ensure that the required levels of
service are available.
